Nitya Anand
Founder and Director
Nitya is a seasoned IP professional who brings around a decade long experience in Intellectual Property Research. Prior to joining IP industry, he has worked in steel making sector (JSW Steel limited) for over a year. He has also worked as a Scientist at Bureau of Indian Standards (the national Standards Body of India working under the aegis of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India).
He possesses extensive knowledge in IP Research, Patent Portfolio Creation and Management, Infringement Litigation, Prosecution, Licensing and Monetization, Patent Opposition/Defense, Patent Due Diligence and Technology Valuation. He has worked with leading multi-national corporations and lawfirms. His practice is focused on patent invalidation, product clearance, patentability assessment, patent watch, patent drafting, infringement assessment, EOU charts and technology valuation.
He brings Bachelor's of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Science from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur (India). He is, however, also passionate for mechanics and other engineering domains.
He loves swimming, playing chess, going hiking, and spending time with his family including german shepherd whenever he is not working on patents and inventions.
Jashandeep Singh

Jashandeep is a Patent Agent and an independent consultant in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). He has more than 10 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting US, EPO, Indian, Malaysian, and Vietnamese patent applications, and has provided consultation to clients on various types of Patent analytics like Patentability, Invalidation, Freedom-to-Operate and Landscape/White Space Searches. He holds a degree in law (LLB) and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Jashandeep has previously worked with a boutique law firm based in Noida in the capacity of a Partner, a leading law firm based in Delhi, and a Patent consultation firm based out of Gurgaon.
He has expertise in the technology domains of automobiles, such as Electric Vehicles, vehicle control systems, tyre technology, and manufacturing assembly line equipment, domains of hydrocarbon/petroleum extraction and refinement, battery management, medical devices, and various software domains including Internet-of-Things, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain.
He regularly counsels individual inventors, in-house IP teams, and attorneys on inventions and products, as well as provides consultation on new product development to adhere compliance and requirements of protection under Intellectual Property Rights.
He loves sketching, road biking and playing cricket in his leisure time.
